Refund policy

We want you to love your merchandise ordered from The Guild of Champions merch store. 

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, email us with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. We’ll handle the claim with our printing company. 

Once approved, we’ll send you a replacement. Because all of our merch is printed on demand, we can’t offer refunds or exchanges for wrong sizes or items you change your mind on, but we do encourage your feedback. 

If your order hasn’t arrived after 10 business days, contact us and we’ll investigate; confirmed lost orders will be replaced. 

Please don’t send anything back, or take any action until we specifically ask you to, as different print companies have different policies, and we may not be able to process unapproved returns.
