Shipping policy

We’re committed to getting your Guild gear to you as smoothly as possible! Here’s what you need to know:

📦 Fulfillment & Delivery

  • Orders are fulfilled by trusted print-on-demand partners and may ship from different facilities depending on the item.

  • Because of this, your order may arrive in multiple packages.

  • Shipping times vary by product and location, but most orders arrive within 7–10 business days after processing.

  • You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.

🚛 Carriers

  • Our fulfillment centers use a variety of carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and OnTrac.

  • The carrier for your order will be listed in your tracking information.

🕵️Missing or Delivered But Not Received

  • If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, here’s what to do:

    1. Check around your delivery area (porch, back door, garage, etc.)

    2. Ask neighbors or household members

    3. Confirm which carrier delivered it via your tracking info

    4. Contact the carrier directly to file a claim

  • We ask that you notify us within 3 business days of the delivery scan so we can help while the carrier is still able to investigate.

  • We are unable to offer replacements or refunds for confirmed deliveries reported after that window.
